It’s sad to see how Position Green has started to answer these comments with something that seems to be done with AI, when in reality they actually don’t do anything. Seems like yet another surface level attempt to look good. Position Green is great at PR and has a great company voice making it easy to think they’re a stand up company caring about your professional growth and you as an individual, when in reality it's just words. As an example, they send out employee satisfaction surveys and say things like “we will do our best to improve”. When in reality, nothing actually happens and there is no follow-up on anything that is a slightly negative feedback towards the company. Another example, this company have known for over a year that they have huge personnel problems where fantastic and competent employees are getting burnt out to the point the have to go on sick-leave, and yet Position Green change nothing and do not take the health of their employees seriously.
- Extremely high number of sick-leaves previous year without any changes happening (you need more than two hands, if not even three, to count)
- Management is not taking their responsibility or is suitable for these roles.
- Favoritism, gaslighting
- Does not accept feedback well and does not accept implementing new ideas or processes
- Management is not equipped, experienced, or taught how to lead a team
- Toxic positivity and the promotion of an "uplifting or positive attitude" prevents real issues from being resolved.
- Fear of retaliation by the company
- No support from seniors in either projects or personal growth.
