      The biggest pro is that these are the most brilliant and courteous people I've ever worked with. The unlimited PTO speaks for itself. PG has invested in their tech stack that enables someone in sales like me with most all the resources needed to be successful, I would say that PG genuinely cares about its employees. Being on the sales team there is no micromanagement but you are trusted and expected to hit your numbers. It's a huge relief not to have to deal with the intense stress or 'Sunday night Scaries' like I did in other sales roles. Also, the CEO is really cool and down to earth. The type you can grab drinks with and message directly if needed.

      Constant change given the massive growth of the company in recent years, many people in leadership have little or no leadership experience prior, diversity, and the lack of resources that a more established org offers (local HR, contracts team, internal legal)

      Fantastic culture, super collaborative and engaging environment even across teams/regions. Felt very supported and encouraged to learn and grow from day 1. Slack was a fantastic way to share ideas and build connections. Amazing work life balance. People were very passionate about sustainability. Platform was very user friendly and allowed CS team to act very independently and be creative. Workload was fine but other teams had a ton of clients and were overwhelmed.

      Middle managers were very immature in their leadership roles, not very much experience handling team conflicts or time management. Very frustrating to deal with. Overall, US Leadership was very good, flexible, cared about their employees. US market growth was not strong, limiting career opportunities. Company leadership was not great at strategic planning and long term growth.
