      - Flexibility in role and day-to-day operations. You are quickly able to learn new things as you are encouraged to step out of your comfort zone. - The colleagues are the best I have ever worked with! Everyone is kind, helpful and open. - Apart from that, everyone is really knowledgable and happy to share their learnings with others. I have learned so much about sustainability since joining.

      - The work-life-balance can be challenging in a scale up company where you have to set your own boundaries. - Career growth opportunities can be limited at times and it is hard to see the "right path" for oneself.

      Fantastic culture, super collaborative and engaging environment even across teams/regions. Felt very supported and encouraged to learn and grow from day 1. Slack was a fantastic way to share ideas and build connections. Amazing work life balance. People were very passionate about sustainability. Platform was very user friendly and allowed CS team to act very independently and be creative. Workload was fine but other teams had a ton of clients and were overwhelmed.

      Middle managers were very immature in their leadership roles, not very much experience handling team conflicts or time management. Very frustrating to deal with. Overall, US Leadership was very good, flexible, cared about their employees. US market growth was not strong, limiting career opportunities. Company leadership was not great at strategic planning and long term growth.
