      Started at this greentech over the summer and was immediately overwhelmed by how exciting and dynamic the workplace is. Everyone is approachable, work moves fast so you actually feel hyper productive, and the company is scaling at an awe-inspiring rate. It can get a little chaotic at times, but I've found support every time I've asked for it. Best of all, they notice when you are going above and beyond and reward you accordingly.

      Can get a little hectic during crunches periods and processes for certain things are not in place.

      Fantastic culture, super collaborative and engaging environment even across teams/regions. Felt very supported and encouraged to learn and grow from day 1. Slack was a fantastic way to share ideas and build connections. Amazing work life balance. People were very passionate about sustainability. Platform was very user friendly and allowed CS team to act very independently and be creative. Workload was fine but other teams had a ton of clients and were overwhelmed.

      Middle managers were very immature in their leadership roles, not very much experience handling team conflicts or time management. Very frustrating to deal with. Overall, US Leadership was very good, flexible, cared about their employees. US market growth was not strong, limiting career opportunities. Company leadership was not great at strategic planning and long term growth.
