Amazing bcbas and staff, decent pay

Does not get paid for client cancelations until notified 12 hours prior and client is not sick or weather related, hours vary so paycheck is never the same if clients cancel or discharge

Fantastic company morale, great support and genuine empathy and understanding from management and the director, and a fantastic, collaborative working environment. I was happy waking into work every day.

Wish I’d made more $ as a Master of Psychology, but hey, ABA therapists don’t require Master’s degrees, so I get it.
