I’ve actually worked for a few other ABA companies and see how much PP cares about their therapists. If you’ve never worked for another company you wouldn’t appreciate all of the differences. The supervisors are very involved and really try and support you in any way possible and I feel very happy with my fellow BT team who I lean on for support. I feel like I can bring up concerns and someone listens and tries to troubleshoot any problem I have. PP also has lots of room for growth that I’m excited about. You just have to remember that being a BT isn’t for everyone and it’s hard work but the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. I hope to become a supervisor and BCBA at PP. No agency is perfect but PP is really awesome.

It can be hard when families cancel, but I understand we work with families who have complex situations. Our supervisors really try to replace sessions and worst case you get paid half your session time in admin work.
