Positive Pathway Is an excellent company to work at. I got to work directly with children on the autism spectrum. When I started here, I wasn’t too familiar with naturalistic ABA therapy besides what I read online, however they provided excellent training. There was tremendous amount of support and guidance everyday from administration and clinical supervisors. They care about employees and they are always trying to find ways to improve the camaraderic environment amongst employees by encouraging outside of work meet-ups. PP constantly tries on to improve the working environment. For example, a recent addition is encouraging employees to do their best with external rewards like earning tickets to exchange for prizes. I admire PP genuine goal to help children and their families. It is very rewarding to part of a child’s early intervention course and to see the significant improvements in behavior. The best part of the job was incorporating naturalistic ABA therapy while being a playing buddy with the children!
