Supervisors seemed to have favoritism and had high expectations from you especially as a new employee. You won't be guaranteed a permanent position if you're hired as a temporary for seasons. Don't bother trying to show that you'd kill yourself for the job- at the end of the day, doesn't matter if you're good or not good. Just go there and get your check. Advice: keep to yourself and don't overshare or trust anyone. No music is allowed at all or phones.
