      The employees are smart, hard-working, dedicated, and make coming to work a pleasure

      The areas of expertise and divisions are all over the map, with upper management not skilled in most of the areas so there's a huge communication divide. Therefor, assignments often don't make sense and demands upon employees are nonsensical. Not to mention there is no direction, mentoring, structure, loyalty or support. Favoritism is rampant. Also, note that you cannot ask questions without fear of being yelled at or berated. Although the employees rock, the stress and anxiety placed upon you by uppers is not worth the experience. Pass on this opp.

      I interned at P+B my last semester of college and I can honestly say that working here solidified my decision to enter the world of PR. Unlike other internships, I was given the opportunity to do work that helped me learn about both the business and the industry. Here I got the chance to dip my toes in writing press releases, sending pitches and much more. I'm extremely thankful for the time every employee took to teach me and believed in my growth.

      During my time there we shared the space with another sales team and our office space was much smaller than theirs.
