stabilité, budget Les projets sont intéressant dans la mesure ou ils couvrent de nombreux domaines. Il est possible de travailler sur des infrastructures complexes et de grandes tailles avec des budgets confortables.

archaisme, rigidité, mentalité du passé Les projets sont trop souvent réalisés dans l'urgence sans réelle coordination, avec pour conséquence un nivellement par le bas. Les petites équipes qui gèrent beaucoup de sujets sont souvent débordés, dépassés et peu motivées. Le management est très rigide, assez loin du personnel et peu porté vers l'ouverture ou la remise en question. Trop de hiérarchie, pas d'esprit d'équipe, guerres internes...

- Disorganized leadership at times. Product ideas aren’t seen as potential tailored offerings but given for free. Yet, obvious freebies are classified as products. - No clear understanding of backlog operations. Overpromising without recognizing the effort in backlog work and maintenance. It’s not the teams’ fault, but work is pushed to them without much prior thought. There’s a knowledge gap about team responsibilities. - The mindset of “If it’s working, why modify?” - The above mindset also applies on salary growth and attractiveness of the company. - Restricted deal on a specific telecom service. Actually they've reduced advantages for new employees* since 2022 - Skilled employees are leaving. Newcomers lack experience or proper training, leading to poor early-career decisions. This is a workplace issue. - Sometimes lack of overall communication on a Telecommunication company. - You do need patience at sometimes
