Working at PostNL rotterdam has been one of the most disappointing job experiences I’ve ever had. The environment felt emotionally draining, unprofessional, and at times deeply discouraging. The biggest issue for me was the treatment of staff. There was a constant sense of being looked down upon, especially by the team leadership. Instead of motivating the team, the approach often felt condescending, dismissive, and rude. It created a culture where people felt small, unheard, and undervalued. I also witnessed and personally experienced situations such as unfair treatment and discrimination towards blacks and immigrants. Management did not show any genuine interest in improving conditions or listening to staff. The overall atmosphere made it hard to feel respected or safe. Instead of teamwork, there was tension. Instead of guidance, there was belittling. And instead of professionalism, there was a leadership style that left many feeling degraded. If you’re looking for a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and treated fairly, PostNL based on my experience and others falls far below even basic expectations.
