      People you work with are easy to get along with. Mon-Thurs schedule.

      Svantaggi

      Pay is low. They do not want to hire experienced people so quality is low. Employee retention is dismal. You will not get recognized for your efforts. You will not be fairly compensated for your work. There are a lot of office politics that effect the day to day operations negatively. Company has been mismanaged for decades. You will not make enough to live on and you will be expected to find a 2nd job to make up for the lack of pay and told you have 3 days a week to have another job. Grossly mismanaged for decades.

      it is such a family friendly business to work at with a 4 day work week and a very energetic and kind management staff. There is currently a lot of growth due to our general manager that started on about 2 years ago. He has done a lot to really build market share and create a lot of jobs

      because we are moving so fast we are having to build many systems from the ground up so its not for the faint of heart and for someone with a go getter attitude not a "tell me what to do" attitude

      Decent company culture with a bunch of hardworking, blue collar people. Quiet office building Recently underwent a shift in management which may be a con as it became more corporate

      As of 2023, company was becoming more corporate Marketing dept had poor leadership with very little direction or trust Oftentimes went for weeks without any projects or direction Ideas that were brought up were very rarely heard or considered Very little room for advancement
