Company has tremendous presence in the market, very reputable. Customers and outside sales force are great to work with. Commissions are easy to obtain as long as the manager doesn’t block sales, failing to provide superiors customer service.

If you enjoy being micromanaged and having to work extra hard to obtain what should naturally be easy, this place is for you. There is not an option to be a professional in this setting as the manager will ridicule you for being a minute late, despite continued traffic issues outside our office. Sales relationships are micromanaged and blocked because it’s not how “she does it”. No room to allow ideas or growth. The company presidents admin will publicly ridicule you and call you names for asking for basic supplies or parking in “her” spot. The entire day you are watched over closely be either the manager lurking by your cubicle or the admin watching staff with mirrors pointed directly at you.
