      Hay buen ambiente entre trabajadores. Algunos departamentos funcionan muy bien, hay varios managers estupendos y que saben liderar

      Hay Managers que necesitan urgentemente cursos de habilidades personales, liderazgo y buen trato. Está normalizada la hostilidad porque "es así" y aún te dicen que no te lo tomes personal. Hay bastante presión y cambios constantes. Según el perfil, eso puede ser un reto o desesperar.

      The environment is friendly. Majority of employees at the Gilbert office are Bilingual as the company is Spanish. The support and literate is in English. I’m not sure why other reviews complain about a language barrier that was probably before my time. The work life balance is the best I’ve experienced. That’ll be what I miss the most.

      The work is fast paced as downed equipment is a high priority.
