They will exploit you for bottom dollar rates while collecting a larger amount for themselves. Dishonest towards both clients and partners, the place I was at was unsatisfied with the staff they have provided in the past. Their only reaction to constructive criticism, however, was to have my previous review deleted. That tells you all you need to know about their character.
