Autonomy, flexibility, creativity and constant change/improvements are some broad descriptors of the project management role at PPM. The owners are good listeners and always looking to improve their offering.

      There is sometimes a lack in structure and defined roles, which can be expected in the growth based environment of a smaller company. It can be difficult to take time off with lots of responsibility.
