As a startup, not a lot of defined processes, which isn't an impediment, just things to develop as time goes on.

The team I was on was fantastic, super supportive and kind. Always worked together.

Nothing ever felt planned, always rushed to finish items, and even when we finish there was always another (one last thing to add). Upper management seems like they just don't care about you.
