Being truly objective, there are very little pros compared to a real company. The best I can think of is that there's a trader joes close by.

There are a lot of financial struggles. The landlord often comes by demanding rent which creates for a very down environment. The company doesn't have a source of income or an investor so they struggle to find experienced employees. They take advantage of student interns to design and manufacture, but without any technical leadership to guide them. It's not right. Even after I quit, the CEO continued to email me with very negative remarks, which he has been known to do to others as well. So be very careful about working here as it can be very creepy at times. There is no benefit working here.

There arent any pros to working there besides it being an easy job to get. Anything is better than that place.

Pay below minimum wage. Sometimes CEO didnt have our check for weeks. No mentors to learn from. Company just hires interns at cheapest rate than pushes to have them build or promote his product. CEO uses bad language alot and gets mad when he isnt clear to his employees. He makes his decisions based of what his teenage son tells him. No room for growth. You never leave intern and get W2 or benifits. Just a guy trying to get rich from students work. Very obvious he only wants to make money and not help the world. Dont bother to apply.
