A lot of growth opportunity, great people, very diverse, a lot of exposure to both business and technical development/training. Cross training opportunities are vast, and it's very easy to move up in the ranks - naturally, dependant on your performance, initiative, etc. Powertek has an uncanny ability in identifying and recruiting top notch talent, as well as placing talent in positions that promote both scalability and enterprise expertise. Very good at promoting and approving technical/business training for all employees on different contracts and capacities. Great company to work for - mostly because you feel like you're a vested part of the company, and not just a name on a roster.

Merit/annual increases are not always consistent with the actual job description and job duties, but understandable given the "training wheel" period.

Fellow coworkers on the contract were friendly and reasonable people. Insurance options for vision and dental were appreciated.

Powertek failed to send my resignation email to HR with a months advance notice. I informed them of my intent to take my last week of PTO in the email, which they acknowledged. Thursday, the week before my last week, they informed me that HR has given a mandate that I cannot take the last week, and they moved my end date to Friday the next day. They refused to allow me to donate my excess PTO which was set to be used for the next week, and refused to give me a copy of the employee handbook on request, since they ended access to the company intranet. They will adhere to their legal obligations, but will otherwise try to avoid working with you when they stand to benefit. Such as to avoid paying out over 40 hours of PTO.
