      Management cares about their people and I think do their best to help us succeed. I've had good opportunities for advancement and improvement so I've learned a lot in my time here. Coworkers mesh well together and it's a fun environment to be in while working.

      The pay might start out on the low side/be a little below the average base pay, but it's still comfortable, it hasn't stayed stagnant, and I think the atmosphere and camaraderie is a reasonable trade-off.

      Lots of room for learning opportunities and advancement. Fun office environment and co-workers. Smaller company so you don't feel disconnected to your bosses.

      The only con is the occasional client who is difficult to work with.
