Hires family and close friends they get special treatment opposed to new hires from her staffing agency she likes to use or the school she gets high schoolers/inters from to do advanced level work with no higher compensation. Also you will be working in an old abandoned house in Winder that is a old hole. No insulation it’s freezing in winter and hot as hell at summer. Also extremely Low pay with NO raises regularly.
