Great work environment with flex time, casual environment, town hall meetings with lunch provided to keep all us employees informed on what is going on, love the dancing, exercise classes, massage therapy, subsidized coffee bar, and all the other great perks of working here. The work can be challenging and that is what I like. If you are not afraid to work hard, this is the company for you. If you don't like to work too hard, this company is not you. I notice all the negative reviews are from people who no longer work for the company. I have never been afraid of losing my job even one day since I started working for this company. I enjoy working in a company where a positive attitude is as important as the skills you bring to the job. Skills can be taught but not how to be positive.

Would like more PTO and paid holidays. Our work is with medical clinics that are open 7-days a week so we don’t always have the ability to take off some holidays. They do try to let us balance the days off so not everyone has to be there on all holidays but it would be nice to have a few more paid days off to make up for working on holidays such as Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
