We appreciate Glassdoor reviews are about perception & opinion, however, it’s completely misleading & inaccurate to suggest Practicus struggles with paying our staff. We’re in our 12th year of trading, have appeared in Virgin Fast Track twice, had record turnover & profit in 2014 and have a world class debt management team to avoid client bad debt. Practicus achieved Investor in People (IIP) Gold Standard in Q4 2014, something only the top 1.5% of companies in the UK achieve and something that would never be awarded if we were unable to meet wage bills! We are also a Sunday Times Best Company to work for, both this and the IIP awards are independently audited by a third party who interview our staff anonymously, during the course of which none of these issues have ever been raised. It is worth noting that Glassdoor do zero due diligence on who enters the reviews, they don’t even check that the person worked for us, it could well be a competitor who has added this, it’s impossible to tell. The biggest challenge to our growth aspirations isn’t paying wages but securing more exceptional talent to fuel our growth areas.
