      - The product has product-market fit in the US and has many loyal customers. - If you want to grow in your career, there are many opportunities if you work hard and contribute to the company meaningfully. - The people are fantastic. Everyone is friendly and willing to help out if you want to learn more about the customer, product or processes. - Remote first which means you can work from anywhere as long as you're doing your job

      Svantaggi

      - Low/lacking visibility of CEO. Fragmented versions of product vision and poor communication through to other teams. - The company uses a SLG approach and is growing, but slowly. Not ideal for some people who want to work in a fast-growing company.

      Strongish culture, decent group of relatively talented people

      Target client base is tricky to sell to. They want the moon, the sun, and the stars. Need to be overpromised to to close a deal. Then they get mad when the implimentation requires more customization and the contract gets cancelled.
