7yAs always, we really thank you and value your feedback! As we are a high volume agency, a lot of our success comes with making sure our clients are satisfied. Because of that, we do have to be sure that we are meeting our goals and providing clients with updates in a consistent manner. Should an employee not be able to meet those goals, management certainly does have to task and monitor things. In addition, we're always focused on training our employees, which does require a level of quality control from management. We also would never leave fake reviews in order to buffer things, and can assure you that the review in question was written by a great former employee. We're proud to say that we have team members that have worked at Practis for several of our 21 years as a company, and they continue to contribute to our success today. We value all feedback, and constantly push our employees to discuss things internally with the open door policy in mind. We apologize that you were not happy with the culture here, but we are firm believers that it's driven by the employees, regardless of sweet treats we bring. We wish you the best in your new endeavor!
