The company is ran by merchandisers who terrorise stores and HO by spreading gossip which they call feedback. There is no line of conduct from top management and any new manager in store is expected to make business trend change the same day they arrive or will be told off straight away and even fired within 3months. Completely crazy and unheard of. Benefits are so so poor even for the retail industry with a maternity leave the lowest ever seen. No salary increase offered to anyone unless you resign.
