The upper management (UK) in the specific lacks professionalism. Prada used to be THE place to be in retail and had a huge weight on your CV before the downfall due to a chaotic management style that had as its only result a lot of the people leaving the company. If you ever wish to have a successful career in Prada nowadays please bare in mind that working hard and being professional brings you nowhere in this company. It is really upsetting that such a great brand with over a hundred years of history and a legitimate DNA has its reputation ruined is such a short period of time thanks to unprofessional people that found themselves with too much power in their hands and no idea of what to do with it. There should not be place in retail for such favouritism, unprofessionalism, chaos and hostility.
