Culture is shifting to the worse. What what a culture driven by the passion for cyber security has now become a culture circled around shipping product to clients at the price of cutting budgets for promotions and training. What used to feel like a place to grow feels like a weekly grind now. Leadership is exiting one after the other, even the director of training and development quit with no indication/signs of willing to hire another one. We can now only hope for a light at the end of this tunnel
