Vantaggi
Fixed office schedule (WFO) with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off — rare in software companies. A few talented engineers genuinely trying to hold things together.
Svantaggi
The company allows clients with purely mechanical backgrounds to directly control developers and dictate technical decisions. These clients treat software like a mechanical part — they think fixing a production issue is like changing a tyre, completely ignoring that software requires planning, testing, and time. Developers are forced to implement whatever clients demand, even when it breaks architecture or logic. There’s no buffer, no product owner, and no business analyst — just direct chaos. No structured development process or SDLC practice. Releases are pushed under pressure just to calm clients, not to deliver quality. Unrealistic deadlines and zero prioritization — everything is “urgent” until it fails in production. No proper HR — the existing HR has no decision-making ability, rarely responds to emails, and acts only when scolded by higher management. Micromanagement at every level, poor communication, and a culture that rewards burnout instead of productivity. The faster you work, the more work you get — without recognition, growth, or learning.
