Management consists of one man show..no standard policies as such. Terrible HR policies to be specific. Management believes on office boy the most than own employees...no clear vision whether company wants to in which direction..clearly not available. People are fed up of watchdog type tracking than actual work. Small pity issues becomes important for mgmt to torture employees. Management handles all decision making..no delegation and no arguments.Interested in other company's policies more than implementation their own policies.
