They make a lot of money for their CEO and COO. They have some great people, but most now left.

They breed a horrible culture of yes men and ego-maniacs. They do not support or respect the vast amount of experience or talent they have somehow managed to hire, instead they breed a culture of fear by monitoring people's work productivity and using it against them come Bonus time. Their HR is a joke and are a direct mouthpiece of the CEO and upper management. They bully people. Very good people will dissappear without warning, usually after speaking up for themselves or others.
