Engineers beware - Recensione dipendente - Mechanical Engineer presso PreZero

Not a good environment for engineers in general. No autonomy, unqualified personnel in charge of engineering personnel. Engineers typically last 2-3 years and then move on. Pay is substandard as are benefits. Only consider if you have to live in the area, and even still there are better options. Large disconnect between management and plant operations, executives like to use a lot of corpo buzz words but have absolutely no idea what is going on.
