Interview process was odd. Almost didn't get the job after a surprise interview after the offer letter was signed. Poor communication between customers and upper level management. Experience will vary by contract. Mine was very negative with the customer we were supporting and upper level mgmt did not support us on this. The first contract I worked on was very nice and smooth with friendly people.
