Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry the position wasn't for you. However, in our first round interview we always take the time to explain we do provide 3 channels of sales for one of which is residential, the others are business to business and events. Before we proceed to schedule a 1 on 1 observation interview day we ask if anything we discussed in our initial preliminary interview sounded uncomfortable. We offer different packages in terms of remuneration but on our residential channel our contractors benefit from uncapped commissions which allow them to earn based on their results this is something that we only offer to the most confident and competitive individuals and would not be discussed by one of our assessors as it is purely down to the discretion of the owner of the company. What we do is on our website and in our adverts, it would appear you unfortunately have misread the information. In future we kindly advise you make the effort to fully read the job adverts of roles you are applying for. The only good thing about the company is that as you are technically self employed, you can quit straight away.

This company operates on purely commission pay of staff. They make this legal by making employees technically self employed. Thus if you don't make a sale, do you don't get paid. They advertise marketing jobs and quick progression into management. In reality everyone starts as a street sales person, trying to pitch to passing foot traffic. Progression is slow and difficult. The hour are long, 8AM-7PM is standard and people hoping to progress work more to be noticed. However, you only get paid when you make sales, which is only when you are in the field. As you are required to be in the office in the morning for 2 hours (approx.) and also an hour at the end of the day, you effectively donate this time, with no hope of being paid for it. Staff take a cut of the wages of those they recruit - hence the pyramid scheme. When you recruit enough people you progress to the next tier, and so on and so fourth. They pitch the job to potential employees as they do products to customers, using sales techniques. For instance they make interviewees feel like they are getting special treatment, by telling them 'inside information' about what they should say to the managers during it. Of course, all interviewees are given the same information, but it creates the feeling that each interviewee is getting special access. All of this creates an atmosphere of distrust, as you can never be sure why some one is saying something, and if they have a hidden agenda. If you are considering applying, don't. You will regret the time you waste there.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to give some feedback. We are sorry you didn't enjoy your experience with us. It is disappointing that you have labelled us a "Pyramid Scheme" , I assume this is a case of sheer ignorance or is an emotional uneducated reaction. Please understand the following 1) Pyramid schemes are illegal in the UK, Precision Acquisitions Direct is a registered company the details can be found on companies house along with our certificate of incorporation in the UK. 2)Pyramid scheme's require an individual having to pay to join, we have never charged anyone to join the company. 3) Every company heirarchical structure has a triangular/ "pyramid" shape if you draw out Tesco's hierarchy and list the roles from top to bottom you will see that there are less roles in senior management than there are checkout or shelf stacking staff 4) As with anything in life to be the best it requires extra effort, nobody who has reached the top of their respective field did it by putting 50% effort in. To get the best grades in university a student will study more and devote more time to their learning and work, Olympic athletes will train harder and have more discipline with their lifestyle and routine in order to put themselves in a position to win a gold medal. A Michelin star chef will work relentlessly for years and will be held to a higher standard. A successful investment banker will work until the job is done. A heart surgeon will study for years and work endlessly to gain the relevant experience before they qualify to operate on a live patient. To achieve things that we've never had we need to be willing to do things we've never done. 5) We do NOT operate a multi level marketing system whereby our contractors earn based off of the people they recruit, this is often the case with MLM style businesses however our team purely talent scout and assess potential candidates on behalf of the company and if we feel there is a good match they will then train the new team members and in doing so receive 0% off of what those they train earn, therefore this is a lie please get your facts straight before making such an audacious accusation. 6) All of our staff have set hours in their contracts and work 8.30-5.00 All of our contractors are self employed, contractors are offered a similar model to the likes of companies like Uber, in the sense that an Uber driver effectively choses their own working schedule, hours are not mandatory and nothing in the trading agreement we sign with a contractor states this. If an Uber driver choses to work more it will correlate to their earnings. Again please get your facts straight and refer to your trading agreement that you signed as this is explained with clarity when trade commences with the company as a contractor. Our contractors that put in the extra hours do so to learn and help develop their skills. Im sorry we could not provide you with a cubicle to sit in from 9-5 with an hour lunch break and 28 days of paid holiday a year to be happy or sick, but you've clearly had the intention of developing within the company but lacked the commitment and resilience required to do so and have blamed others for your failure. Not only is your feedback inaccurate it is defamatory so please understand the facts first. I wish you the best of luck with your future but I guess entrepreneurship wasn't for you and there is nothing wrong with that but please refrain from slating those who are working towards achieving their goals and ambitions.

I worked at Precision Acquisitions Direct during the summer of 2016 before going to university and it was so helpful looking back at it! The things I learnt and the coaching that was given to me has really come into full use! The fact that it was really fast paced and team orientated has helped me be more confident in that kind of environment, meeting different people and working with different people. I'm not the fastest of learners but the team we're really patient with me and having that one to one coaching really did help. Within my first few weeks of working there, I saw someone get promoted and having seen that did help me stay focused on a target and goal even if I was there for a short period of time. The team nights were pretty cool too, sometimes we'd go bowling etc so as well as being a professional environment it was also very exciting to be in the company.

The only thing is that because it's a lively bunch, when I first started it seemed strange everyone being loud and excited but I soon got used to it and involved with all the noise
