Can be a fair bit of directional change. Somewhat out of the way if you don't live near downtown Seattle. Not much diversity in day-to-day situations unless specific projects appear. Upward mobility very limited given company size.

I was able to learn a few new skills while there that boosted my resume. Some of the coworkers were pleasant to work with.

Management styles could be abrasive and condescending. I often felt like mistakes were "called out" or put on blast by management instead of working to build a solution.
