      The company manufactures a high quality product and stands behind its work. Most positions are filled from within if possible. Regular reviews and good benefits for a manufacturing company.

      Svantaggi

      Currently downsized due to the housing market so some positions are part time. The shop environment can be very hot or cold during the year.
