Regular employees and some of the middle management are honest hard working people. Most of the Department Heads have no training for their job except one or two.

Lack of accountability with both project coordinators but also department heads. Frantic running around could be solved with logical policies. Fly by the seat of your pants by management makes for stressed out employees. Certain department heads have no training in their department and make decisions and are supported by upper management because they are friends, there is not a clear line of upper management and employee relationships. When half the staff at corporate are Facebook friends and those are the people who are mentioned with every atta boy... it looks suspicious.
