Timeliness is everything so you learn a lot about being punctual. Customer is the God so everything you do revolves around that fact and this instills a sense of responsibility in you. Great co-workers with ample support from the management as well.

None I could think of

-Easy hiring process. -Very welcoming to those who are inexperienced as long as willing to learn. -Management style is slowly improving with some new hires. -Extremely fulfilling once you get intuned with everyone's personality. -Highly challenging at times which is good. -Great people to work with, most of the time.

-Benefits can be better. -Very small room for advancement. -Can be a bit frustrating communicating with some individuals (management & non-management). -The level of professionalism is somewhat lacking (shop talk can go way beyond what's acceptable with no consequence).
