Great working environment for personnel growth

Boise has experienced a ton of growth, and keeping up with compensation is hard in Boise

Free food consistently and that's about it

The nepotism here is pretty crazy. Someone's son or daughter coming in will automatically get a few dollars more per hour than you. They also do not respect employees positions. I got hired then not a month later had my position moved to the yard. This wouldn't be so bad aside from there being an extreme lack of genuine and interesting people that work at all of the buildings. There are some gems of people though but they generally leave. I've never been more disrespected and treated like this place. I should have known when they called me on my way home after an interview to pressure me to accept the job within a couple days. I'd avoid this place like the plague. The head honcho gal is extremely rude even to the owners. Idk why they put up with it tbh. Team reflects leadership and this place really does. Multiple employees are just not people that you would care to associate with ever in your life. Looks like they really ramped up the reviews after getting a few bad ones. None of them reflect even closely to my few months there.
