Leadership and ownership team that do what they say they will do and stand by their word. Great place to learn and be a part of something big that is growing in a cool industry.

No real cons, here are the pain points for employees that do not work out. This is a growing company. There can be growing pains at times. Some cannot manage wearing multiple hats in their role. Autonomy is given but with the autonomy comes responsibility and delivering on what you need to do in your role. Some have trouble because we fix complex problems. that is challenging. Core values matter deeply. If an employee does not fit the core values, they don't work out. It's that simple.

PrecisionPoint is a high-tech, fast-growing company and an enjoyable place to work with talented employees. The CEO cares about each individual, welcomes employee feedback, and leads by example.

As a contracted employee, I work remotely away from the main office and am only onsite once a month. I miss out on some of the daily interactions with the team.
