Has been steadily getting smaller not the most robust sales team... But lots of room for improvement.

I appreciate the competitive pay structure, which has been a positive aspect of my overall compensation package.

Being part of a small team of two, I have encountered challenges in terms of career advancement opportunities within the company. While the initial compensation was competitive, I've noticed a lack of significant salary increases in the past couple of years.
