Ability to be trained in understanding a human's behavioral and cognitive genetics. Learned new skills, like sales and customer support, that I otherwise would not have learned on my own. This has helped me both personally and professionally in my role.

I have no Cons for Predictive Group I enjoyed my role and team members while I was with the company. Will continue my friendship with them as I move on to a new role.

There are zero Pros working at Predictive Group. I repeat, there are zero Pros. Whoever wrote the single positive review is an employee that was most likely forced by upper management to write.

If you want to be berated on an everyday basis by more than one member of the family, this is the place for you! Listening and watching the ego battles between the father and son takes place everyday publically and the family drama NEVER ends. You will be dragged into the family drama and will be publicly shamed if you do absolutely anything incorrectly. Most of the time, you get yelled at for no reason because the family just needs someone to take their anger out on, which is their employees. This is hands down the worst job and company that I have ever worked for and recommend anyone who is considering working here that they will be happier sewer cleaning.
