Not to many Pros. Their decisions don't make sense. Very inconsistent. They hire lots of people but do not have enough room or space.
Svantaggi
They hire many people at a time. Drain you for your contacts then let you go and have someone else work your contacts for less pay. Their offices are in bad locations because they are trying to keep costs down, but don't care about how that affects productivity.
