i do not recommend this company unless you are looking for a place that only acknowledges your faults, sets you up to fail, doesnt want to see you improve your weaknesses, want management that has favorites, is fake to your face, doesnt have a paper trial of anything but make many false accusations. they do not want to see you grow as an individual. pay is not based on your level of education either. raises are impossible. you could find solutions to make things easier for you and your team but get shut down. they do not accept feedback. they keep the micromanger / bad worker but get rid of the good ones. lastly HR is a disgrace. do not recommend, save yourself from being distraught. you deserve better.
