My time at Preferred Management Solutions was honestly such an important part of my growth. I worked with a supportive team who trusted me, challenged me, and helped me build confidence in handling complex, sensitive cases. The role taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly with people from all kinds of backgrounds, and make decisions that balanced empathy with practicality. Other agents are brilliant people and lovely to work with.

Higher management are awful, horrible to speak to. Very condescending and patronising, go around the world or promise you things and then never see it through. And they wonder why people leave or put a sick note in. Feel very sorry for the team leaders who are still there, can tell they are under so much stress and for what? To be told they still aren’t doing good enough!!
