9yPSG has always maintained a policy of equal opportunity in recruitment, selection, training, compensation, promotion, job transfer, and assignments. A lot of OTHER things have changed for PSG since 2011 and we felt compelled to share those here.
Now, we have program managers specifically supporting each group of employees and formalized processes to include: position specific employee handbooks, in-person orientations whenever possible, informational welcome emails, monthly reports, and performance discussions 2x per year.
We are a proud of our advances and we are committed to continuous improvement so that these concerns are alleviated.
