Our company strives to maintain a great work life balance, which is evident in our generous PTO, sick time, and holiday policy. Our President also calls “Blizzard Days” and allows for our employees to work from home during these times. Safety of our employees while driving is a big initiative that we have implemented; ensuring that all employees who are going to and from work, or traveling for work, are safely doing so until they arrive at their final destination.
The President has encouraged, supported, and led initiatives for change and great company culture by providing cutting edge benefits, rewards and ambitiously implementing new ideas to better the company. These benefits alone surpass many of what are offered in our company’s industry! The leadership team at Preh also maintains an open management style with a progressive, connected work environment.
Furthermore, our HR team for the North American division is comprised of an HR consulting firm who have worked diligently to bridge the gap between leadership and employees, and implement the latest needs and wants of prospective and current employees. The HR team works very closely with the leadership team and with the employees to ensure that these needs are met, and that Preh is an exceptional place to work.
