Always had an amazing team of staff including RMTs, front desk and clinic attendants especially considering how many people work there. It’s rare to have such a large group who gets along so well. It’s unfortunate the only drama comes from the higher ups.

The management for the most part was very poor the entire time working here. Often lie to their staff thinking they are too dumb to figure out what they’re doing. Front desk staff gets the worst of it so it’s no wonder none of them last long. Pressure customers into memberships right after their treatments which many clients complain about to their therapists. The wage they pay for RMTs is already on the lower side and they have tried to cut costs at the expense of the therapists but are still able to spend money on other useless items to “upgrade” the experience. Main priority is making money (I get it’s a business) however there needs to be a middle point where they respect and care for staff as well.
