All people are best and frankly.

Working in a backend/office role has been a positive experience with minimal work pressure. The team is collaborative and always supportive. The company organizes an annual offsite, which is a great way to unwind and bond with colleagues. Plenty of goodies are distributed, like bags, t-shirts, coffee mugs, etc., adding a nice touch to employee engagement.

Senior management lacks the support needed for employee growth and development. The HR department could be more approachable and responsive. Increment opportunities are limited and not very competitive. While older employees with more than five years in the company are supportive of new hires within their departments, there is a general lack of structured support from the management level.
