And with more people in your area selling, the harder it becomes to find new customers since the emphasis is on home shows. They have a strict no Internet sales policy, which also inhibits your sales potential. Training sessions are really "rah-rah" sessions to try and keep you motivated. While, they tell you, you earn 50% commission on every sale, you truly don't because there are fees subtracted from your commission and they vary with the monthly promotion. Unless, your a big fish with a lot of people under you, it is hard to make good money. Plus, there are too many Direct Sales jewelry companies now, which has increased the competition in this competitive field even more!
