The best thing about Premier is that you get to name your own hours and work from home. You can make ask the decisions about your business based on your lifestyle. Plus, there are no sales quotas and the commission structure is good.

Where do I begin? First of all, it is expensive...start up fees that are renewed annually, jewelry inventory, catalog purchases, etc. I do not like that this is a religious based organization. I'm sorry, but God does not inspire anyone to sell jewelry. They are very pushy about it, too! The emphasis is truly on recruiting new people to work for the company. And with more people in your area selling, the harder it becomes to find new customers since the emphasis is on home shows. They have a strict no Internet sales policy, which also inhibits your sales potential. Training sessions are really "rah-rah" sessions to try and keep you motivated. While, they tell you, you earn 50% commission on every sale, you truly don't because there are fees subtracted from your commission and they vary with the monthly promotion. Unless, your a big fish with a lot of people under you, it is hard to make good money. Plus, there are too many Direct Sales jewelry companies now, which has increased the competition in this competitive field even more!
